After reading recently
how a Chocolate Fountain Company
thin down their chocolate with cooking
oil. We recently decided to investigate the fondue
market and were horrified to learn of some of the tricks
played in the chocolate fountain business.
We contacted a leading
Belgium
Chocolate supplier who checked us out as a professional
catering company. They suggested that Mycryo®
tempering cocoa product should only be used in a chocolate
fountain, DIY and dry hire too.
We now operate a fleet of chocolate
fountains which is sometimes more commonly know as a
chocolate fondue. Chocolate fountain of chocolate fondue,
there is no difference !
Our champagne and chocolate
fountains were purchased from the original chocolate
fountain company in the USA, which we now hire out for
weddings and Corporate catering events.
