Every season we are looking to take on extra catering
staff for our outside event catering business. Our annual requirement increases with demand year on year, and our previous seasonal staff return almost
without fail.
This year we have the following job vacancies :- BBQ Chefs - you will need to be able to use
your own initiative and work with a team who's goal
is to provide quality food to our clients. You will
be able to temperature probe meats to ensure they
are cooked thoroughly. Only the highest quality
meats are supplied for you to cook. Carving Chefs - Training will be given in
respect of carving spit roast hogs and lambs.
Various techniques have been perfected by us over
the years which makes you job easier and delivers a
quality product to the consumer. Cooks & Commis Chefs - Required for on site
catering and food preparation for large domestic
events from 1,000 - 8,000 member of the public. Waiting Staff - Assistance is always required
at weddings and corporate events. You should be of
smart appearance and alert. We do not discriminate
between country of origin. However, you will have to
speak English fluently and be able to communicate
with other staff members and clients. Porters - Assistance prior to, during and after
events is needed to ensure a smooth operational
procedure. There is a lot of cleaning duties,
loading and un-loading vehicles. Food Handlers - please do not apply unless you
have references and a Food Hygiene Certificate
